First_Principles_of_Bible_Study

First published in 1986, Harold Camping’s “First Principles of Bible Study” came about from diligently reading and studying the Bible. Mr. Camping, who was an engineer by trade, would naturally employ a detailed and comprehensive analysis on how something works.

Free from the preconceptions taught in the Bible Collages and Seminaries that produced theologians and pastors faithfully adhering to distinct dogmas that distinguished one denomination from another at the expense of proper hermeneutics and accurate exposition of Scripture, Mr. Camping discovered, by God’s will, that the Bible interpretates itself rather than the theologians and pastors that comprise the churches. Many have attempted to learn and show how we are to study the Bible, however, Mr. Camping by God’s illumination through reading the Bible only gave us The First Principles of Bible Study.

By utilizing these first principles we can know precisely where we exist withing time and the nature of judgment.
